Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If your order experiences delays due to stock, volume, or other factors, we’ll notify you via email.


2. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority / Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.


3. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times vary between 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes required by their country.

  • Certain items may have restrictions in specific countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you promptly.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts).
Free shipping applies only to the standard tier and excludes international orders or oversized items.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear. If you haven’t received tracking info or if it stops updating, please contact us for assistance.


7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for items damaged or shipped in error.

  • For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
